When engaging with our services or utilizing our applications, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during project consultations and communications.
• Use our digital products and sandbox environments strictly for lawful purposes.
• Refrain from attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of proprietary platforms developed by us, unless explicitly permitted under an open-source or custom handover license.
• Not deploy automated systems or software to extract data from our main website for commercial purposes without prior consent.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a custom software development contract:

• All content on this website (logos, text, graphics, and UI/UX design) is the exclusive property of Fluxtech Infoware Pvt. Ltd.
• Pre-existing codebases, frameworks, libraries, and tools utilized during development remain the intellectual property of Fluxtech.
• Upon full payment for custom enterprise software or mobile applications, the specific client deliverables and custom source code will be transferred to you as per the stipulations of your individual service agreement.

4. Payment and Billing

For custom IT and development services, payment terms, milestones, and invoicing schedules will be detailed in your project proposal. Fluxtech Infoware Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend project development, data recovery operations, or deployment services if payment schedules are not honored. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your project agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxtech Infoware Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use our services, software products, or data recovery operations.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

While we engineer our software to the highest modern standards, our website and baseline services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that our website will be completely uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Specific warranties for custom-built enterprise software will be outlined in your individual service level agreement (SLA).

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, or the services provided by Fluxtech Infoware Pvt. Ltd., shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
